About Me

I have worked in leadership at a large Canadian polytechnic for more than fifteen years. In that role I built the MMI process for allied health programs: writing stations, designing rubrics, training raters, and scoring thousands of applicant interviews. This mock is scored the way raters are trained to score.

How does the timing work?

After you receive your mock MMI link you will have one week to complete the interview. You get your feedback within 48 hours of completing the MMI.

What is the format?

This is a timed online video mock, similar to platforms many schools use. You will have one minute of reading/thinking time, then three minutes to answer each question.

What kind of questions will be on my mock MMI?

-You'll be given three MMI questions. Two will be generic or "typical" MMI questions and one will be discipline-specific to the program you are applying for.

Who writes the questions?

Allied MMI writes original questions for all mock MMIs. These questions mirror the type and difficulty of MMI question you can expect at the post-secondary you apply to.

How am I scored?

Scoring focuses on answer quality and your communication skill, scored by a person who has trained MMI raters.
